In the flow of synchronization, we don't experience fear, doubt or worry. We're reconnected to the joy of exploring beyond the limits of the comfortable and habitual. Our innate qualities of wonder and resiliency are reclaimed and we thrive.

The Elderberry Tree

The elderberry tree has been favored by the ancients since before recorded history. It appears in the most ancient of global lore for its healing and protective properties. It's connected with music, medicine, hearth and home, spirituality, and pleasure. The elderberry is the synchronist of the plant world.

The Orphic Heart

The heart is the great regulator of the body's life force and center of our synchronistic awareness. The heart is the origin for what we want from life. As the saying goes: if your heart isn't in it, it won't happen.

We're connected in subtle and powerful ways to the people and the world around us. Isolation is an illusion of linear perception.
